Packages must be purchased in advance and cannot be negotiated with the provider at the time of the initial visit. Serial visits include an updated vaccination record, growth chart analysis, and appropriate consultation. Well baby visits can also be used if child had an acute illness like and ear ache.

Coupons expire 12 months after the date of purchase for single visits and 3 visits. Coupons expire in 18 months for 6 visits.
